RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS 

Returns

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded remotely within 14 days of receipt of the goods, as per the law. 

The period for withdrawal from the contract begins from the taking of possession of the goods by you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you.

You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal to us, e.g. by sending an e-mail to: contact@feeriereve.com. It is sufficient that you send us the statement before the 14-day deadline. 

Send the returned goods to us to the address: FEERIE REVE, ul. Wyszyńskiego 3/U21, 05-101 Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki, Poland, contact@feeriereve.com, immediately, but not later than within 14 days from the day you have withdrawn from the contract.

We will return the payments made by you immediately according to the rules indicated  in the General Terms and Conditions, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of your declaration of withdrawal from the contract. We may withhold reimbursement of the payment received from you until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return - whichever event occurs first.

The right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance does not apply in the cases indicated in the General Terms and Conditions. You can find all detailed information about your rights in this document. 

Complaints

If you are a consumer, you have certain rights in case the sold goods are not in accordance with the contract.

If the goods do not conform to the contract, you have the right to file a complaint - for example, to the following e-mail address: contact@feeriereve.com.

As a rule, we are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract, existing 

at the time of its delivery and revealed within two years from that time.

Under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you can demand:

- replacement of the goods,

- repair of the goods.

In some cases you can make a statement about:

- withdraw from the contract,

- reduction of the price.
